Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machine tool industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Prod. Engg) or equivalent
  • Experience in capital machinery sales to industrial segments
  • Knowledge of machining centers and special purpose machines
