Global Incident Resolution Specialist

At LotusFlare, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is a competitive role with a salary of $110,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves managing critical incidents, coordinating service restoration activities, and communicating with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that ITIL-aligned Incident Management processes are followed, documenting details related to Major Incidents, and conducting root-cause and postmortem reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Manage critical incidents, facilitate triage, and engage technical support teams.
- Coordinate service restoration activities and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Document details related to Major Incidents, including root cause analysis and preventative actions.
- Conduct root-cause and postmortem reviews with all parties engaged during a Major Incident.
- Participate in the Incident/Problem Management process as part of the investigatory team owner.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a positive disposition.
- Able to self-motivate and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to identify and drive the escalation and response plan appropriate to the impact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing.
