Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide the telesales team, providing clear direction on strategy, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring the team delivers results and contributes to overall business goals.
  • Resource Management: Organize team resources effectively, including managing staff schedules, absences, and leave planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
