Paisa Bazaar its a part of Policy Bazaar, is India's largest online marketplace for loans and credit cards, helping millions of customers choose the right financial product with ease. We are expanding our Tele Sales vertical and looking for strong leaders to manage large teams and drive business growth across Karnataka.
Role: Manager – Tele Sales (Loan Vertical)
Location: Mysuru
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager to lead our Tele Sales operations in the Loan Vertical (Business Loan/Personal Loan). The role requires managing a large team of 60+ employees, including Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Associates, while driving sales targets and ensuring operational excellence across Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a tele-sales team of 60+ members (Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Associates).
- Drive sales performance for Business Loans & Personal Loans across the Karnataka region.
- Monitor and improve productivity, lead conversion, and revenue growth through tele sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality guidelines, and customer experience standards.
- Analyze sales reports, MIS, and team performance metrics to take corrective actions.
- Implement training, coaching, and skill development programs for team members.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain team discipline, motivation, and a performance-driven culture.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 7–12 years of experience in Sales/Tele Sales/Financial Services.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing large teams (50+ members) in a tele sales setup.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Products (Business Loan/Personal Loan preferred).
- Should know the Regional language.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI/Loans vertical.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with MIS/reporting expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mysore, Karnataka.
