
Results-Driven Tele Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to lead our tele sales operations in Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of 60+ employees, driving sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a tele-sales team of 60+ members (Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Associates).
- Drive sales performance for Business Loans & Personal Loans across Karnataka.
- Monitor and improve productivity, lead conversion, and revenue growth through tele sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality guidelines, and customer experience standards.
- Analyze sales reports, MIS, and team performance metrics to take corrective actions.
- Implement training, coaching, and skill development programs for team members.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain team discipline, motivation, and a performance-driven culture.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 7–12 years of experience in Sales/Tele Sales/Financial Services.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing large teams (50+ members) in a tele sales setup.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Products (Business Loan/Personal Loan preferred).
- Should know the Regional language.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI/Loans vertical.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with MIS/reporting expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory).
