Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through effective outreach and communication with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and qualify potential candidates through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss their needs and showcase our services
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Utilize strong communication and convincing skills to build relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree
