We are seeking a remote Sr Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and problem resolution for our software products.

The ideal candidate will diagnose complex application issues, troubleshoot, repair, and debug problems related to our software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues of our product suite for global customers and partners.
  • Document and verify reported problems, utilize available tools, resources, and documentation to resolve issues.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM, provide effective communication to customers, peers, and other teams.
  • Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
  • Close issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Networking, CentOs Linux, Windows OS.
  • Mandatory experience in minimum of two from Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.
  • Secondary skills: VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, Cloud technologies – AWS and/or Google knowledge.
