This is a challenging role for an experienced professional who can drive business development under our Farmer Financing product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include mentoring sales officers, liaising with peers in other business groups, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets and customers.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with internal support teams and external stakeholders.
