Job Description

As a seasoned AI/ML Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and innovative AI solutions. Your expertise in machine learning pipelines, natural language processing, and large language model fine-tuning will enable you to deliver high-impact projects that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI-related initiatives. 5+ Yrs experience in Data Science (Python)
  • Proven track record in the Asset and Wealth Management industry, with expertise in portfolio management, compliance, AML, KYC, client onboarding, and investment advisory.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and platforms, including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Ability to craft detailed business requirement documents, product requirement documents, and user stories with technical depth.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
