Job Title: Senior IT Service Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Service Management specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service management solutions using ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

You will be responsible for configuring, customizing and developing reports to set up processes that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and management
  • Strong knowledge of HRSD, CSM, CMD and ITSM
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pleasant attitude and teamwork skills
