Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage our end-to-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and contract negotiation to supplier performance management, for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and value.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes to ensure best-in-class suppliers are engaged.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk through data-driven insights and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on budget and contract terms.
