Job Summary

Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities for Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships.
  • Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing and referrals.
  • Utilize effective communication platforms, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Act as a bridge between the company and its current and future markets.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, realtors, and corporate entities.
  • Explain loan and credit options to customers, including terms and services.
  • Drive sales targets for multiple loan products, including Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL.
  • Collaborate with bankers to ensure smooth file processing and compliance.
  • Collect customer documents and provide accurate feedback on future buying trends.
  • Maintain proper MIS and provide timely feedback on market-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong motivation and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently.

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA-Finance/Marketing

CTC: 1.80Lac pa to 04 lac pa + Incentive (Based on Candidate)
