Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Transformance Forums. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new delegates for our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Identify Potential Delegates: Utilize various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry associations, to identify potential delegates for our events.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including developing targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance and loyalty.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to delegates, addressing inquiries, providing event information, and assisting with registration processes.
  • Stay Informed and Collaborate: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in delegate acquisition or event sales, is essential.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Industry Knowledge and Attention to Detail: Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of delegate motivations and behaviors, along with strong attention to detail, are essential.
