At The Experience Co., we're seeking a seasoned Creative Director to spearhead our brand's creative vision and storytelling efforts. This dynamic role will require you to develop and maintain the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, brand positioning, and content innovation, particularly for B2C brands. You'll work closely with our leadership team and CEO to take creative ownership of our house of travel brands.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and amplify our brand identity through creative strategy and storytelling. As Creative Director, you'll craft visually rich and relatable content that engages our audience, drives growth, and positions us as leaders in experiential travel.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can ideate and execute video-first campaigns that amplify our brand's presence and generate engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Positioning and Strategy: Define and maintain the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity to align with its travel ethos.
  • Content Ideation and Development: Conceptualise and script video content that inspires wanderlust and showcases the brand's unique travel experiences.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and execute video-first campaigns that amplify the brand's presence and generate engagement.
  • Creative Direction: Lead video production efforts by working with directors, videographers, and editors to ensure the output reflects the brand's vision.
  • Storytelling and Narrative Development: Craft immersive and relatable travel stories that connect emotionally with the audience.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our startup environment offers opportunities for growth and professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate emotionally with audiences.
  • An idea machine with a talent for developing creative strategies that align with brand identity and audience needs.
  • Experience in developing engaging copy for campaigns, ads, and social media, as well as scripting and directing video content.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative video and copy projects that have driven audience engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and make informed creative decisions.
