About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Director of People and Culture to lead our human capital strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Human Capital Leadership: Develop and implement innovative HR solutions that drive business results, providing thought leadership and strategic advice on people-related matters.
- Talent Development: Create high-performing teams through effective communication, team building, and succession planning.
- Business Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on HR and people issues, equipping leaders with tools for staff development and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee the execution of annual performance cycles, including development planning, reviews, promotions, and compensation assessments.
- Talent Management: Facilitate development programs and support leaders with employment-related issues.
What We Offer:
