Expert Payroll Consultant Required

A seasoned expert is needed to lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of Time-to-Pay (TTP) module and Australian payroll functionalities within a workforce management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and enhance TTP, Timekeeping, Scheduling modules and design complex pay rules, work rules, accruals and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Operations teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) of TTP rules to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between the workforce management system and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with workforce management systems.
  • Proven expertise in configuring TTP modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll, award interpretation and Fair Work compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating workforce management systems with major Australian payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
