Job Title: Pre-sales and Business Development Professional
As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include building pipelines, prospecting, outreach, meeting orchestration, and sales intelligence. You will also be responsible for shaping our collateral and processes to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline: Create qualified prospect lists using databases, web research, and other tools.
- Account intelligence: Track news and developments at priority accounts to identify timely opportunities.
- Own lead database/CRM: Maintain clean, current records; enrich prospect attributes; manage list hygiene.
- Run outreach: Execute email campaigns to secure calls/meetings.
- Orchestrate meetings: Schedule with prospects, manage calendars, and ensure pre-reads are in place.
- Prep rigor: Compile contact bios, company primers, recent developments, and Axience capability overviews.
- Pitch support: Profile prospects, tailor decks, and map Axience offerings to needs; support follow-ups and next steps.
- Sales collateral: Maintain and disseminate brochures, pitch decks, templates, and other assets.
- Events: Identify relevant conferences and manage end-to-end preparation.
- Tools & analytics: Drive lead generation via sales-intelligence platforms and CRM application tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in pre-sales or a related B2B role; experience with European/US markets is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with upper-quartile academic performance across stages of education.
- Demonstrated top-decile performance in prior roles (for experienced professionals).
- Relevant background in KPO, IT services, or B2B sales pre-sales preferred.
- Alternative fit: experience in sales/lead generation for top information services/database providers in financial services.
- Distinctive qualities that clearly set you apart (e.g., notable achievements, certifications, leadership in stretch projects).
