We're looking for someone who thrives on unlocking new business opportunities, bridging gaps between our brand and external ecosystems. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and pitching opportunities to leadership, institutions, corporates, and individuals, fueling our growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, supporting their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conducting research, analyzing data, and generating insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Developing creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Taking ownership of special projects requiring experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Creating and monitoring project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.

We're seeking an individual with:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
