Job Title: Business Analytics Leader

Job Overview:

As a Business Analytics Leader, you will drive data-driven strategies and decision-making. You will lead a team of analysts and work with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize advanced analytics solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Provide training and guidance on analytics best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Strategic Analytics Planning:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop tailored analytics solutions.
    • Design and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
  • Advanced Marketing Analytics & Modeling:
    • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.
    • Champion advanced analytics use cases to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Own the Analytics & AI Charter:
    • Lead the development of end-to-end advanced analytics products to meet business needs.
    • Launch and manage experiments and PoCs to drive innovation.
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee data integrity and accuracy to ensure reliable insights.
    • Establish data governance policies to maintain high standards.
  • Client Engagement & Delivery:
    • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on analytics.
    • Manage client expectations and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in analytics and data science to drive innovation.
Requirements and Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience in managing marketing analytics projects for international clients.
  • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and delivering high-impact projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical techniques.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques and frameworks.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools.
