Medical Department Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced medical professional to lead our department, providing clinical and administrative direction for the operation of medical departments and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role. They will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and quality of clinical services, ensuring statutory compliance, and analyzing performance metrics.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the provision of medical care and support clinical related quality monitoring/accreditation/quality assurance services.
  • Ensuring statutory compliances with regards to MTP, PCPNDT, AERB, Radiation Safety etc.
  • Analyzing department mix and need for consultants.
  • Participating in tariff revision and clinical compensation patterns.
  • Monitoring & Rationalizing Doctor cost.
  • Rationalization of surgical & Medical Charges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBBS + MHA qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Superintendent role.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
