Medical Billing Operations Director Opportunity 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our medical billing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management and a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and best practices.
  • Manage large teams with a focus on performance management and people development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and payer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up, and payer policies.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation/automation in medical billing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
