Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Medical School department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative activities, ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff members to achieve team goals
  • Oversee functions of the staff and students, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Facilitate effective communication within the department and with the US office
  • Provide exceptional support to medical students and staff

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience in a similar office environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to conduct and organize projects efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Master's degree in any field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
