Job Overview

This is a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts by supporting the bid lifecycle. The successful candidate will research, strategize, and craft compelling proposals that showcase in-house model, creativity, and business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate value proposition, in-house model benefits, AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement AI in research tasks & day-to-day.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in pitch management or marketing procurement.
