Job Description:

Drive business growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, with the ultimate goal of establishing OneAPPS as their preferred staffing vendor. This role demands a perfect balance of drive, commitment, interpersonal skills, and a win-win mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As an emerging business partner, they will be responsible for driving business development while under the guidance of leadership.

This position involves working closely with management to define sales roadmaps, engage targets, build awareness, identify opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and deliver revenue goals. A strong understanding of the USA IT Staffing industry is essential.

  1. Define sales roadmaps and engage targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and deliver revenue goals.
  2. Agree upon targets and work towards achieving them. Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management.
  3. Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  4. Research, market, and effectively present company services to new clients.
  5. Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  6. Develop and maintain client relationships. Perform outbound calls to key decision-makers, build relationships, follow up consistently, and obtain job orders and inquiries to provide staff for their company.
  7. Generate new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.
  8. Client relationship management and client retention to ensure regular business from new clients.
  9. Leverage consultants existing business relationships, customer networks, and contacts to open new business for the company and close deals.
  10. Manage directly all aspects of the sales process with minimum need for constant supervision.
