Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Digital Growth Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, test drive signups, and pre-orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) for high-performance digital growth initiatives.
  • Conduct research on keywords and audiences specific to EV buyers in targeted regions: India, UAE, France, Singapore, Germany, USA.
  • Optimize campaigns for Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to enhance campaign performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights and suggest ongoing improvements to drive results.

Requirements

  • Strong experience handling large monthly ad budgets.
  • Confident portfolio in e-commerce or mobility campaigns.
  • Expertise in Performance Max, attribution, and smart bidding.
  • Bonus: background in electric vehicles (EV), clean tech, or automotive.
  • English fluency required; other languages are a plus.
