We are seeking a visionary Marketing Leader and Entrepreneurship Innovator to spearhead our company's growth and expansion. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take calculated risks, drive innovation, and scale global operations.
This leader will work closely with the Sales and Tech Co-Founders, sharing equity ownership opportunities among all founders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including performance ads, influencer collaborations, and viral social media campaigns.
- Lead content, academic operations, and communication strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, fundraising, and scaling operations.
- Contribute to strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Drive innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and experimentation.
- Proven analytical skills and research abilities, coupled with excellent communication and leadership qualities.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and team management, with a proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively, make data-driven decisions, and navigate complex business environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and innovation.
