Our team is seeking a Senior Lead Acquisition Specialist to lead our digital distribution efforts.

This role focuses on paid media strategy and execution, ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in managing digital channels and reducing reliance on third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Develop and execute a robust paid media strategy, leveraging platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and manage a full-cycle lead acquisition strategy, including idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale.
  • Channel Management: Take ownership of key distribution channels, removing vendor reliance and bringing channel management in-house for direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance, analyzing data to identify new growth opportunities and iterating rapidly on successful strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • Deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
  • Creativity: Experimental mindset and strong capacity for testing innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
