Job Title

About the Role

The team you will be hiring for handles a vast scale of transactions on our platform, with over 100 million orders processed every month. Our engineering team builds complex systems and applications to manage these transactions and ensure future scalability, cyber safety, and innovation in emerging technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for multiple engineering roles across various sub-functions. You will own the hiring process for assigned roles and drive multiple recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Talent Advisor to plan and position open roles effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and competition benchmarking for assigned roles.
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for associated businesses.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and achieve top-notch hiring results.
  • Source relevant candidates from diverse sourcing channels and manage the entire hiring lifecycle.
  • Partner with other teams to drive the recruiting process until onboarding.
  • Contribute to building our company's talent brand.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience hiring technical roles in a high-quality and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent domain knowledge in relevant technical areas.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, pipeline management, and compensation negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to frontend with stakeholders.
  • Adept with the latest technology trends and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to innovate and come up with impactful ways to build and engage the talent pipeline.
