Responsibilities:Design, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent for various roles across the organization. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment marketing campaigns. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and requirements. Develop and maintain a strong network of external partners, including recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other external sources of talent.

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and talent acquisition dashboards. Provide regular recruitment metrics and analysis to stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and executives. Collaborate with other teams, including HR, Operations, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience with full-cycle recruitment, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline management.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
