Role Overview

Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (13 years of experience) to strengthen our recruitment team and deliver impactful hiring solutions. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key role in building culture-fit teams for clients across industries. What Youll Do

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives through outreach and engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

What Were Looking For

- 13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A candidate-first mindset with attention to creating positive hiring experiences.
- Interest in global hiring and exposure to offshore recruitment.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
