Role Overview

Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (13 years of experience) to support our recruitment operations and ensure smooth processes across the hiring cycle. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the backbone of recruitment activities. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, youll manage scheduling, communication, and candidate experience while gaining exposure to global hiring practices.

What Youll Do

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
- Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management.
- Prepare job postings and ensure they are live across platforms.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Track hiring progress and prepare reports for internal review.
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

What Were Looking For

- 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with handling multiple priorities at once.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, scheduling platforms, or ATS is a plus.
- A candidate-first mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
