Get to work with people from around the world as the first point of contact on our Talent Acquisition Team. From providing administrative support to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding and key programs, you’ll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. You get to:- Coordinate aspects of onboarding - manage background checks through a third-party prescreening vendor and perform professional reference checks.- Key member of talent acquisition programs such as employee referral program and college internship program- Participate and support special Human Capital/Recruiting projects- Perform other duties as assigned

What you need:
- Two years’ experience of administrative support work in a professional environment- Ability to prioritize, balance, and complete tasks on multiple projects/programs, while exercising critical thinking in time-sensitive or confidential scenarios- Skill in recognizing inefficiencies in daily operations, making recommendations and updating/educating team and managers- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Desire to develop professionally and succeed in a team environment- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred- This is a contract role expected to last a minimum of 6-9 months- This is a Hybrid position and you will be expected to work in our Bangalore office 2-3 times per week
