From providing administrative support to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding and key programs, you’ll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. You get to:- Coordinate aspects of onboarding - manage background checks through a third-party prescreening vendor and perform professional reference checks.- Key member of talent acquisition programs such as employee referral program and college internship program- Participate and support special Human Capital/Recruiting projects- Perform other duties as assigned
What you need:
- Two years’ experience of administrative support work in a professional environment- Ability to prioritize, balance, and complete tasks on multiple projects/programs, while exercising critical thinking in time-sensitive or confidential scenarios- Skill in recognizing inefficiencies in daily operations, making recommendations and updating/educating team and managers- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Desire to develop professionally and succeed in a team environment- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred- This is a contract role expected to last a minimum of 6-9 months- This is a Hybrid position and you will be expected to work in our Bangalore office 2-3 times per week
