Role Overview

Were hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (13 years of experience) to join our recruitment team and grow into a trusted hiring partner for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the full recruitment cyclesourcing, screening, and coordinatingwhile also building strong relationships with hiring managers. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, youll learn to balance candidate experience with client expectations and develop the skills needed to become a strategic talent advisor.

What Youll Do

- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
- Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and share qualified profiles with hiring managers.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth candidate communication and a positive experience.
- Contribute ideas for improving hiring processes and talent outreach.

What Were Looking For

- 13 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Interest in developing into a client-facing recruitment partner role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
