Talent Acquisition Specialist Retail Hiring

Location: Jakkur, Bangalore (Onsite, 5 days a week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in retail hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support our retail business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles .
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring retail roles.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives in retail talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on retail hiring.
- Proven experience in hiring for frontline and leadership roles in retail
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with business heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment dashboards for reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices.
