Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring
- Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in the relocation or HR industry is a plus
