Job Title

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to join our team.

This is a high-level recruitment position that requires the candidate to have extensive experience in sourcing and hiring. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with top-quality candidates. We are looking for someone who can develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
  • Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.
  • Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to become one of our team members. To be eligible for this role, you should have:

  • 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR Quick learners with excellent communication skills and a strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
  • Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.
