">Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.
">Maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for all our open positions is crucial to the success of our organization. You will source potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, CutShort, and Angellist, perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities, and craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
">You will also post jobs to our internal website and external job boards, coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs, and promote our organization's reputation as a great place to work.
">To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of overall experience with at least 6 months of experience in sourcing for a high growth tech organization. You must have experience with progressive sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and internet data mining, and recruiting techniques such as search engines and Boolean search strings.
">You will also need strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. A basic understanding of ATS, strong time management and multitasking skills, and a strong team focus are also essential.
