Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, and enhancing brand visibility in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and expand distribution network in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies, promotions, and schemes to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and display at retail points.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
  • Experience:
    • 0 - 3 Years of experience in sales or related field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
