We are seeking an exceptional Fundraising Professional to lead our philanthropic efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure revenue for our initiatives.
You will work closely with our leadership team to build a diverse portfolio approach to fund raising, engaging high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enrichment and augmentation of fundraising opportunities and impact.
This position requires a driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and deliver results. You should have a proven track record of building and augmenting a national network of diverse donor support for organizations.
Key qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position
