Programme Director - Strategic Change Management

This key role is designed to advance the organisation's programme portfolio through strategic planning, programme management, partnership development, and team support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, steering, and scaling impactful initiatives that drive sustainable change. They will oversee select programme areas, provide guidance to project teams, and engage with implementing agencies and knowledge partners. Additionally, they will represent the organisation in external forums and ensure effective systems for tracking progress and capturing lessons. The Programme Director must have a strong leadership and team management style, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and the capacity to think strategically and translate plans into results. At least 12–15 years of relevant experience in programme design, management, or evaluation within the development sector is required.
