Job Title: Change Manager/Consultant

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Location: Mumbai (Malad/Thane)

Job Type: Full-time (6 days working, Rotational shift with comp off)

Interview Process is as follows:

  1. Internal Round Virtual

  2. Technical Client Round

  3. HR Round

  4. Manager Round

  5. BGV process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply basic knowledge of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Manage the authorization, scheduling, and review of changes within the organization to ensure minimal disruption to services.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to validate and assess changes received in the Change Management queue.
  • Ensure all change activities are conducted within the defined scope of the Change Management process.
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on change activities, including SLA adherence and metrics tracking.
  • Support internal and external communication efforts related to scheduled and emergency changes.
  • Actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other change review meetings to evaluate risk, impact, and readiness of proposed changes.

Required Skills:

  • ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
