- Sales Planning: Design and execute sales strategies for assigned segments, increase sales and revenue, and plan actions to approach new business.
- Team Management: Motivate and develop a team to ensure smooth department functioning, promote teamwork, and ensure personnel are informed of objectives and policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Submit regular reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and market analysis, and contribute to business volume increase.
Additional Responsibilities: Stay back or work extended hours as needed, perform night shifts, or work flexible shifts as per department or hotel requirements.
