Program Manager, Advanced Business Solutions Deployment

About the Role

Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the world's most pressing challenges? AGCO is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and contribute to solving the world's growing population and slowing climate change.

This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end business process transition and deployment processes within Advanced Business Solutions, ensuring smooth transitions, effective implementation of services, and alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Transition and Deployment Planning
    • Develop and manage the overall transition plan, ensuring activities align with overall objectives and timelines.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Performance Management and Transition Coordination
    • Drive performance management, delivering the receiving side of scope expansion, and ensuring value assurance.
    • Coordinate scope expansion, managing transitions and the launch of optimization and automation processes.
    • Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all processes.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Change Management
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation of existing processes, workflows, and systems.
    • Conduct training sessions for the offshoring/out sourcing partner's team to ensure they understand the processes and expectations.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Implementation and Governance
    • Ensure implementation plan is known and accepted by all stakeholders.
    • Continuously monitor the performance of the BPO partner against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
    • Design governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and reporting tools.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant business experience or Master's Degree in Business, Total Quality Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Six Sigma certification advantageous.
  • Technical skills in systems like SAP, tools such as Tableau, and methodologies including Lean Six Sigma.
  • Process automation and optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, ensuring alignment along the process.
