Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end business process transition and deployment for ABS. This is a unique opportunity to drive process harmonization, establish governance, and oversee the implementation of services that align with our organizational goals and policies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage the overall transition plan, ensuring activities align with overall objectives and timelines.
  2. Act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day performance management, deliver the receiving side of scope expansion, and ensure value assurance.
  4. Manage transitions, the launch of optimization and automation processes, including scaling ABS scope expansion, and ensure on-time delivery tracking.
  5. Create detailed SLAs for all processes, map currently available SLAs, and develop a roadmap for their migration.
  6. Capture current state processes and develop ideas for long-term improvement and process harmonization.
  7. Coordinate the documentation of processes and creation of ABS Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements.
  8. Ensure comprehensive documentation of existing processes, workflows, and systems.
  9. Conduct training sessions for the offshoring/outourcing partner's team to ensure they understand the processes and expectations.
  10. Establish channels for feedback to address any issues promptly.
  11. Implement the plan with a pilot phase to test the new setup and make necessary adjustments, gradually transition all processes to the partner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  12. Monitor the performance of the BPO partner against the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  13. Design governance structures, manage risk and compliance, and ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders and ensure they have access to all relevant information on the transition.
Your Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with relevant business experience or a Master's Degree in Business, Total Quality Management, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  • Expertise in systems like SAP, tools such as Tableau, and methodologies including Lean Six Sigma.
  • Skills in process automation, end-to-end (E2E) process design, and optimization.
  • Communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Change management expertise to manage change, understand the impact on employees and processes, and mitigate strategies to minimize risks.
  • Strategic thinking to align the transition with the overall business strategy.
  • Leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate diverse teams, ensuring alignment along the process.
  • Problem-solving ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
