Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to address customer issues, guide customers on product usage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers on product usage.
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate data updates in production systems.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Assist in developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving inclination.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements in non-technical terms.
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills - responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA.
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl) for automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases for data fetching.
