Assistant Agency Manager Job Summary

A dynamic and ambitious Assistant Agency Manager is sought to spearhead the growth of our health insurance agency business across multiple locations.

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for building and growing the agency business, recruiting, onboarding, and training insurance agents for successful activation, coaching agents to enhance productivity and customer engagement, and implementing best practices across all locations.

  • Design and implement location-specific business development strategies.

Build Strong Relationships:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

  • 3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets.
