
National Corporate Account Strategist

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled National Corporate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account plans to grow revenue and expand our presence in the corporate market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services that meet the needs of our corporate customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Postgraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- 10-15 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
