  1. Employee Experience Design:
  • Utilize design thinking methodologies to map employee journeys and identify experience de-railers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct empathy mapping and user research to gain insights into employee needs and experiences, ensuring that solutions are tailored to address specific issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create initiatives to improve overall experience.
  • Design and prototype innovative solutions based on employee feedback.
  • Program manage on-ground deployment of the solutions and oversee adoption and measure impact.
Data Insights and Analysis:
  • Leverage the employee listening tool to extract and analyze data insights.
  • Draw actionable insights from employee feedback and survey results.
  • Present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making and action plans.
Action Plan Development and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic action plans based on employee feedback and insights.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of targeted initiatives to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Monitor progress and drive the successful completion of action plans, ensuring accountability and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience:
  • MBA in Human Resources with 3-5 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving action plans to completion.
  • Experience with employee listening or survey tools, preferably Amber.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Empathetic and able to relate to employee concerns with a genuine interest in enhancing their experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and connect with all stakeholders.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with a successful track record in driving initiatives and ensuring effective execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking to complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements within the employee experience framework. Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Proven experience in driving action plans to completion, demonstrating accountability and results-oriented focus.

Requirements:

Full-time 2-year MBA in HR

Work experience from 0 to 3 years
