Order Fulfillment Professional

The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order completion for our market by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to effectively prioritize daily tasks and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business, 4+ years of experience in account management and customer service in a high-tech environment, and basic accounting knowledge.

  • Process email Purchase Orders from end users through software platforms
  • Retrieve orders from partner portals and process into ERP systems
  • Verify pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices
  • Verify availability of products
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to determine lead times when supply is not available
  • Exercise discretion to prioritize product allocations when supply is not available
  • Provide inside sales support, including interface with customer master data, credit, procurement, logistics, and sales
  • Process customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, responding in a timely manner
  • Consistently review backlogs to ensure compliance with company policies, including requirements that impact revenue recognition
  • Complete training modules as needed
  • Log customer complaints in ERP systems
  • Create cases to request additional addresses or contacts be added to ERP systems.
