- Collaborate with teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or Management.
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English fluency is mandatory.
- Strong customer service focus is required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
